Started August 13, 1980, Yamanaka Enterprises Inc. (YEI) is led by Vern Yamanaka, REALTOR. YEI is a boutique brokerage firm that specializes in commercial and large parcel acquisitions, management and consultation. YEI has represented or consulted on our clientele’s needs on properties throughout the world. From Japan and Korea to the 50 States and Canada, our clientele has leaned on YEI’s expertise and professionalism in assisting in their Land needs. YEI has developed and implemented Strategic Resource and Management plans for a variety of developments on the Big Island. Currently YEI manages and represents over 55,000 acres on the Big Island of Hawaii alone. Our success has been built on a steadfast adherence to honesty and integrity in servicing our clients. In the past few years YEI has grown and with that growth has started to expand into focused areas of the Residential Market, including both single family homes and luxury residential second homes.
