As a Seller in any market you want to make sure that your property receives both the ultimate exposure as well as the correct pricing to ensure a sale.

The Plan…

In listing your property to sell, Yamanaka Enterprises Inc. will come up with both a probable sale price based upon the current market data as well as a strategy for both marketing and selling the property.

We will sit down with you and discuss both the suggested list price as well as the current market and our strategy to sell the property.  In our conversations we will prepare you for all possible contingencies that could arise during the sale of the property so as to best consult and educate you- the Seller.

Once we list the property we will market the property in a variety of ways.

  • Full Multiple Listing exposure.
  • Signage
  • Website advertising, including Yamanaka Enterprise Inc.’s site as well as LoopNet (if applicable).
  • Direct Marketing with other Agents through Broker’s open and email updates.
  • Immediate notification to all “Member’s” of Yamanaka Enterprises Inc.’s website that meet property criteria.

Along with marketing the property Yamanaka Enterprises Inc. will also:

  • Scheduling all showings
  • Qualifying your potential buyers
  • Consulting on all offers (i.e. strength of offer, counter offer strategy, etc.)
  • Managing escrow while under contract
  • Assist with your 1031 Exchange, set up and execution
  • Assist you with closing
