When interviewing with potential buyers, the first thing that we like to communicate is:
- What are your needs? What are your individual goals that you want to
achieve with a purchase of Real Estate? Is this your permanent
residence or second home?
- Are you looking for vacant land to develop/land bank or are you looking for commercial that will be income producing?
Understanding our client’s needs, wants, and goals helps us to focus the
search criteria so that we can present you only with properties that
suit you- The Buyer.
Other Considerations:
LOCATION - The Big Island is the most diverse island in the state with
many locales to choose from: beach communities of Kapoho and Kalapana,
resorts at Mauna Lani and Waikoloa, upscale country in Kohala, or the
rural Old Town of Naalehu and so much more…
There is a place that will suit your picture of Hawaii. Defining where
that place is will go a long way in finding the property that suits you.
AMENITIES – This works in conjunction with location. Schools are a big
factor for many Buyers. Other factors are shopping, proximity to work,
proximity to beaches, cultural pursuit, etc. Because of the Big Island’s
size, individual needs for amenities should always be a consideration
in choosing a property.
PRICE - Once you find the area that you want to purchase then you must
also consider a realistic price point that you can afford.
